He acted as the project manager for foreign direct investments (FDI) to the Lille-Northern France region and built, developed and maintained a network of high level contacts in these markets in order to facilitate investment opportunities to Europe and provide solutions for start up operations to US/Canadian investors (investment range: $500k to $100M).

He organized trade missions participation to specialized trade-shows (10/13 trade shows per year), developed marketing tools, engaged e-mail promotional campaigns, created leads, follow ups, arranged meetings with potential US/ Canadian prospects or projects.
He created business relationships between federal, state and local authorities with their French counterparts. (Empire State, Massachusetts, Florida and California).
He organized public presentations or seminars in order to brand the Lille area and trade missions from Europe to the US or vice versa.
